Agriland Systems has developed a unique, proprietary, waste-to-energy system that brings a highly economic total pollution solution to the animal producing industry. Patent-pending system configurations consist of up to four modules that are already in commercial use in other industries - the core two of which are patented and exclusively licensed to Agriland Systems for the animal waste industry. The core modules are a Solids Recovery Module, which removes 98% of solids from the waste slurry, and a Gas Production Module, which economically creates large quantities of high quality / high BTU methane gas. This gas can be easily cleaned to pipeline quality, used as is to create electricity, and/or converted to a liquid fuel such as biodiesel.
The Agriland Systems system is skid-mounted and readily integrates into the farm operations on a real time basis. Agriland Systems processes manure into a clean water for irrigation and/or re-flushing and a dry solids feedstock for its gasification module to produce clean, renewable energy. This highly economic conversion provides fast paybacks to producers and attractive returns on investment to project developers. This unique solution also makes Agriland Systems a very attractive partner in project joint ventures and it will become a significant contributor to the Renewable Portfolio Standards that now exist for utilities in most states.
